A kitten can be reserved with a $50 fully refundable deposit. Deposits can be made online or by check.
When you make a deposit please be sure to email us with your complete contact information. This will help ensure we are able to contact you when it is your turn to select a kitten. We will need email, phone, and address. If you have multiple phone numbers or emails, we recommend including these. If you move or change address and phone numbers please remember to let us know the new information.
It is your responsibility to make sure that we have your contact information. If you do not respond when we notify you when it is time to pick your kitten, we will let the next person pick a kitten in front of you.

PLEASE NOTE** You do not have to become a member of PayPal to use this payment procedure. You can use your regular credit or debit card. When you get to the Proceed to Check out PayPal page, look on the left side of the page where there is a place where you can pay by credit card, just fill in your information, you do not have to become a member of PayPal. Whenever they ask if you want to become a member just DO NOT click that option if you do not want to become a member, click on continue instead.

You must email us to complete your reservation for an American Shorthair kitten. We want to be sure we have your contact information (email, phone, and city to transport to) It is your responsibility to make sure that we have your contact information. If you have multiple phone numbers or emails, we recommend including these. These can be helpful in contacting you when it is your turn to select a kitten. On very rare occasions, when we fly a kitten, the flight may be delayed, changed or cancelled and we will need to contact you or someone who is in contact with you to let you know of the changes, so we need all available phone numbers to reach you.
The remaining balance of the purchase price will be due at the time you select your kitten. When we contact you to select your kitten, we will also discuss your transport requirements. Then, we will send you an invoice you with the remaining purchase balance plus any transportation costs your kitten will need.
We post who’s turn it is to pick a kitten on the Available Kittens page when the kittens are 5 to 7 weeks old. You will be able to see multiple views of each kitten and may also contact us to discuss any questions you may have about personalities. Please keep track of the website, and check your email and your phone messages. We make every effort to contact you when it is your turn to pick. If you choose to pass on the available kittens when it is your turn to pick, you move to the back of the deposit list.
Sometimes people prefer to make monthly payments toward their total purchase price while they are on the kitten waiting list. This is perfectly fine if this works best for you. If this is something you would like to do, let us know when you email us to confirm your kitten reservation.
